Pricing Structures
Per Job - Most RDB Media services fall into this category. Most rates are determined by market size/type and spot count. For narration services - estimates are based on actual finished minutes of audio.
Monthly Retainer - Retainers are usually best for those customers whose copy requirements are updated on an ongoing basis (radio station imaging is a good example). The retainer plan offers the highest discount rate and several flexible term lengths are available to suit your needs.
Payment Policies
RDB Media accepts payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Immediate payment is required for individuals before production will begin on any project.
Small businesses will receive their completed project as soon as full payment is received. 50% of invoice required before production begins.
Payment is required upon receipt of invoice for large companies, ad agencies, and production houses.
Priority Service
Need a project completed right away? RDB Media can accomodate your priority requests; a nominal fee will be added to the final cost of your project.
Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can I receive my finished project?
Most voiceover and media projects will be delivered within 72 hours; delivery on larger projects (copywriting, music, and podcast projects included) based on various factors. If we receive your script by noon, it's possible for you to have your finished voiceover project that same day. No guarantees on same day delivery are made unless arrangements are agreed upon up front.
How is my project delivered?
Upon completion RDB Media will deliver most projects via e-mail or FTP download, depending on size. CD delivery via FedEx is available at an additional charge if necessary.
Can RDB Media provide production music and effects?
RDB Media has an extensive music and sound effect library and can provide the appropriate music or effects to complete your project. If you have music or effects you'd like to provide, we ask that you provide licensed material only.
What if there is a problem with my finished project?
Most redo requests are handled at no cost to you. If too many changes are requested, we will work together to minimize additional costs with better preparation. If a mistake is made on our end, we will work with you until you are completely satisfied with your project. Redo fees apply if a mistake is made due to a typo, copy problem, or an unplanned change on your end.
What if I change my mind on something after receiving my finished project?
Nominal redo fees will apply depending on the scope of any changes requested after a project has been completed and delivered.
